When your child outgrows their Floatee T-shirt, you can send it back to us in exchange for a gift card. It's a simple process designed to reward you while giving your Floatee a second life.
Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at info@floateeus.com to let us know you'd like to participate in the Second Life Program. We'll provide you with return instructions and a shipping label.
Step 2: Send It Back
Pack your Floatee T-shirt and inflatable component and send it to us using the provided shipping label.
Step 3: Inspection
Our team inspects the condition of your returned Floatee, evaluating both the T-shirt and inflatable component to determine its eligibility for refurbishment.
Step 4: Receive Your Voucher
Based on the condition of your returned product, we'll email you a gift card voucher. The voucher value reflects the overall condition of the T-shirt and components.
What Happens to Your Floatee?
Returned Floatees are carefully refurbished by our team. The inflatable component is fully inspected and serviced, the T-shirt is cleaned and restored, and the entire product is re-certified to meet our safety standards. Refurbished Floatees are then sold second-hand at a reduced price, making water safety more accessible to more families.
